The kit includes an interface, all necessary firmware, and the software you need to bring it all together, making it one of the most comprehensive Harley tuning kits available. This single-bike programmer is designed for tuning 2001 and up model Harley bikes equipped with the Delphi system. The kit works with the TTS MasterTune 2, DataMaster 2, VTune 3, or Flight Recorder to ensure that your Harley Delphi fuel injection and management system is dialed in perfectly. It’s a great way to push your bike harder than before. Your stock Harley Delphi fuel injection system may be sufficient, but is “sufficient” really good enough? This programming kit works with your MasterTune to optimize your bike’s performance to meet fuel and exhaust specifications. Reason I utilize the different versions instead of 4.0 for everything is that software only allows 20 free uses and its not the cheapest software. I have used the earlier versions but really the procedure to run was too difficult to recommend. To run with Vista, 7 or 8 you need to use version 4.0 off the TTSpowersystems website. The other program TTS Datamaster is for the 8192 baud systems used in 91-95 4L80E transmission trucks, 93-95 4L60E transmission trucks, 90-92 speed density TPI computer systems and a few others. software hasn’t been updated in years so it requires a little tweaking to the intstallation method to work with Vista, 7 or 8 operating systems. The early 160 Baud TBI systems prior to 1993 and some 1993-1995 5spd ECM’s which were 160 Baud, we use a program called WINALDL from Jonas Bylund. I have sub menu items for the software and cable to do this datalogging with your OBD1 (prior to 1996) GM vehicle.įirst is the software and 2 programs that I recommend and which to use has to do with the OBD1 vehicles ECM/PCM computer type. More than once I have gone through adjusting the programming on the chip just to find out the o2 sensor was bad screwing up that data or that the customer had the wrong spark plugs for the heads they were using. I also typically like to look at a couple spark plug pictures along with that data so that I can make sure the computer is adjusting the fuel correctly. This tool will allow you to record sensor data while you drive the vehicle around and email me that file which I can play back and help you determine what is wrong.
